Job Summary

This crucial role involves monitoring and managing the daily on-road operations for Speed Mobility Partners (SMPs) within the Last Mile Delivery team. The specialist will be responsible for real-time tracking, ensuring drivers arrive punctually, and updating daily results in tracking files. A significant part of the job involves providing direct support to SMP partners via communication platforms like Slack and Chime, troubleshooting check-in issues, and collaborating with Advocacy Operations to assist drivers at risk of incomplete deliveries. Furthermore, the role requires updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on operational feedback and managing the transition between communication tools. The ideal candidate is highly action-oriented, capable of autonomous work, possesses strong communication skills, and has basic knowledge of logistics apps, delivery metrics, and tools like MS Excel, Slack, and Chime. This full-time, permanent position is based in Munich with afternoon/evening hours (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM).
