Job Summary

This role is ideal for an engaged IT professional ready to manage and support IT workplaces and industrial hardware directly on-site in Oberhausen. As an Onsite IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and support of Windows clients, notebooks, tablets, and specialized industrial devices. Key daily tasks include executing hardware rollouts, diagnosing and resolving technical malfunctions, and ensuring thorough documentation of all service steps. The position requires a background in IT systems, strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office, and prior experience in hardware rollouts.
