Day-to-day tasks involve dynamic project work, actively participating in construction and installation phases both in shipyards and offshore, ensuring the reliable operation of existing and new grid connections, and performing effective fault analysis and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering, mechanics, or a comparable technical field, whether as a skilled worker, technician, master craftsman, or university graduate. Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a structured approach are essential, along with a readiness for regular travel and offshore deployment, making this a pivotal role in securing continuous energy supply.
