Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Project Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering (ELT) within Technical Building Equipment. The successful candidate will assume overall technical and economic responsibility for projects from concept development to commissioning (phases 1-9 HOAI). Key responsibilities include coordinating internal and external planning teams, preparing planning documents and tender specifications, leading project meetings, and overseeing construction and acceptance of electrical systems. The Project Manager will ensure compliance with relevant norms and regulations (e.g., DIN VDE, VOB, HOAI) while focusing on sustainable and economical solutions. This position requires strong organizational skills, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to effectively communicate and assert oneself.
