Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Specialist Engineer with a focus on Electrical Engineering (ELT) to join the Technical Equipment team in Dresden. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for all service phases 1-9 according to HOAI in challenging projects, including creating design and execution plans, preparing service specifications, and actively participating in contract negotiations. You will also handle cost estimations, scheduling, and construction supervision for demanding building construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Technical Equipment or Electrical Engineering, experience in TGA planning and construction supervision, and proficiency with VOB, HOAI, CAD, AVA, MS Project, and MS Office.
