Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Specialist Planner within the Mining, Water, and Special Civil Engineering department, focusing on regulatory compliance and project planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting project applications and expert opinions related to mining and water rights permits and requirements. A core function is creating service specifications according to VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) for all planning services. Furthermore, the planner provides technical support throughout the planning process and serves as the primary contact for clients and all project stakeholders. This position requires qualifications in mining/civil engineering and water law, along with experience in planning procedures and approval processes. The role offers flexibility with location options in Senftenberg, Dresden, Leipzig, or remote work, supported by modern working conditions like flextime and mobile working possibilities, within a large, experienced planning firm.
