This critical role places you in the 24/7 Front Office of the National IT Situation Center in Bonn, where you will contribute significantly to Germany's cyber defense. Day-to-day responsibilities involve continuous monitoring of the IT security landscape within a full 24/7 shift system, including weekends and holidays. You will act as the Single Point of Contact for incident reports from federal administration, critical infrastructure, and industry partners, requiring qualified acceptance, consolidation, and coordination of further processing. The specialist is responsible for researching, analyzing, and clearly preparing complex technical facts, creating essential situation reports for various target groups, and presenting relevant daily topics during briefings.
