Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated System Engineer focused on the operation, optimization, and further development of a large-scale Microsoft 365 platform, including key services like O365 Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and the PowerPlatform. The successful candidate will be crucial in ensuring a stable, secure, and future-proof operation of M365 services, handling 2nd and 3rd-level incident resolution, and supporting the rollout of new M365 features. Key requirements include an IT-related education or equivalent qualification, practical experience in the Microsoft 365 environment, and a solid understanding of identity, security, and authorization concepts, particularly Entra ID. This position offers the opportunity to actively shape security, compliance, and governance guidelines within a hybrid cloud infrastructure, working closely with various IT teams and departments.
