Job Summary

As an Automation & AI Developer at the Rossmann corporate headquarters, you will join the newly formed 'HR Digital' team to drive the digitalization of human resources processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing existing HR workflows and developing pragmatic Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and prototypes using innovative tools and Artificial Intelligence. You will act as a bridge between HR departments and IT, translating business requirements into technical concepts and designing interface integrations via REST APIs. A key part of the role includes technology scouting to evaluate the efficiency of new digital solutions and automating data collection to enable data-driven decision-making.
