Job Summary

As a ServiceNow Demand and Portfolio Manager at ROSSMANN, you will serve as the central point of contact for the ServiceNow platform, bridging the gap between business departments and IT. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve consulting with departments like Sales, Logistics, and Marketing to identify process improvements and digitalization opportunities. You will analyze new demands, evaluate their technical feasibility with ServiceNow experts, and ensure that requirements are translated into qualified decision templates for prioritization. A key part of your role is maintaining platform standards and avoiding isolated solutions while strategically developing the company's ServiceNow portfolio. Required Skills

Education

Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Multiple years of professional experience in demand management or a similar role at the interface of business and IT
  • Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and ideally CSM, HRSD, FSM, or App Engine
  • Proven track record in business analysis or in-house consulting
  • Experience in analyzing and translating complex business processes into technical solution concepts
  • Experience collaborating with external software vendors is preferred
