Job Summary

This role is central to the Digitalization and Change department at Rossmann's headquarters, where you will drive the implementation of a central ticketing system. Day-to-day, you will act as the primary contact for various departments, gathering and prioritizing requirements to design efficient service processes. You will be responsible for process visualization (BPMN 2.0), creating user stories, and defining acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Owners and Developers. A key forward-looking aspect of this role involves identifying AI use cases to automate and enhance service quality.
