Job Summary

This role is central to the Digitalization and Change department at Rossmann's headquarters, where you will drive the implementation of a central ticketing system. Day-to-day, you will act as the primary contact for various departments, gathering and prioritizing requirements to design efficient service processes. You will be responsible for process visualization (BPMN 2.0), creating user stories, and defining acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Owners and Developers. A key forward-looking aspect of this role involves identifying AI use cases to automate and enhance service quality. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship with relevant additional qualifications.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in business analysis, process management, or comparable roles, ideally in service or IT-related environments
  • Multiple years of experience in project management, including participation in or responsibility for sub-projects
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, including the creation of use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Practical experience in process visualization and design using modeling standards
  • Experience in moderating workshops and managing diverse stakeholders across different hierarchical levels
