Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in Second Level Support, based in Dingolfing. The technician will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support, including the setup, maintenance, and management of client hardware. Key daily tasks involve the installation and updating of operating systems and software, providing on-site service for end-users and system services, and efficient troubleshooting and resolution of incidents. The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training in the IT sector, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and possess practical experience in both on-site and general IT support, alongside solid knowledge of hardware and software.
