Job Summary

This role is a critical component of a long-term infrastructure project in Kassel, supporting a leading IT service provider focused on digital transformation for large enterprises. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive Onsite IT Support, including efficient incident handling, performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), and advanced client troubleshooting for both hardware and software. Key daily tasks involve the installation and configuration of PCs, notebooks, and printers, as well as providing L1 support for mobile devices (iOS/Android) and video conferencing systems. Essential requirements include practical experience in client services and strong knowledge of Windows and mobile operating systems. Crucially, candidates must possess fluent English skills, as ticket documentation and customer contact are conducted entirely in English.
