Job Summary

This role involves managing regulatory affairs within the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs department, focusing specifically on cosmetic products. The manager will actively participate in international innovation and maintenance projects, including planning, budgeting, and commissioning ex-vivo and in-vivo efficacy studies in collaboration with international Contract Research Organizations (CROs). A key responsibility is reviewing study reports and formulating product claims for communication, working closely with international marketing teams. Day-to-day tasks also include reviewing and approving artworks, advertising materials, and training documents, managing text approvals for all cosmetic categories, tracking relevant cosmetic regulatory topics, and maintaining product information files. The ideal candidate holds a Master of Science degree in Food Chemistry or a comparable field, ideally possesses prior experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs, and demonstrates excellent German and English proficiency.
