Job Summary

This is an opportunity for a highly organized and proactive professional to join the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs team as a Regulatory Affairs Manager for Cosmetics. Operating on an 80% part-time, fixed-term contract from April 2026 to September 2027, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance for international cosmetic products. Key responsibilities include participating in global innovation and maintenance projects, planning and managing ex-vivo and in-vivo efficacy studies with international Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and translating scientific results into product claims in collaboration with marketing teams. You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving all product communication materials, including artworks and advertising, tracking relevant regulatory changes, and maintaining the Product Information File (PIF). Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Food Chemistry or a related scientific field, possess excellent German and English proficiency, and demonstrate a structured, solution-oriented approach. While experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs is ideal, motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Experience

  • Professional experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs (preferred)
  • Experience collaborating with international Contract Research Organizations (CROs)

  • Professional experience with relevant natural cosmetics requirements (ideally)
