Job Summary

As the Director of Analytical Development, you will lead and advance the department, focusing on empowering team members while overseeing the entire lifecycle of analytical methods. Your core responsibilities include the development, validation, and optimization of methods crucial for quality control, alongside driving the introduction of new technologies and the digitalization of laboratory processes. This role requires ensuring strict adherence to global regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., GMP, ICH). You will collaborate extensively on research projects spanning preclinical, clinical, and pharmaceutical development, and contribute to the creation of pharmacopoeia monographs (HAB, Ph.Eur.). The ideal candidate brings a university degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field, coupled with significant leadership experience and profound knowledge of analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, MS, NMR) and phytochemistry.
