Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional seeking to actively contribute to the planning, implementation, and development of complex network infrastructures within a leading IT service provider in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive onsite support, including managing IT equipment installations (IMAC), troubleshooting incidents and service requests via a ticketing system, and providing direct user support for hardware and mobile devices. Key duties also involve technical support for events and meetings (both in-person and remote, using tools like Skype and Webex), and maintaining asset and inventory records. Candidates must possess a strong service orientation, structured work ethic, and excellent German language skills, coupled with at least two years of relevant professional experience in an IT support capacity.
