IT Specialist / SAP SuccessFactors Consultant | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is perfect for an experienced IT specialist focusing on Human Experience Management (HXM) systems, specifically within the SAP SuccessFactors suite. The core responsibilities involve the support, continuous development, and global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors, with a particular emphasis on the Employee Central module. The specialist will also be heavily involved in implementing and optimizing additional modules like Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Compensation & Benefits. Day-to-day tasks include system configuration, integrating upstream and downstream systems using the SAP Business Technology Platform, and driving the digitalization of HR processes, such as introducing electronic personnel files. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments and external consultants, strong communication skills for user support, and the ability to conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure high-quality software solutions across the enterprise.
