Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IoT Service Technician responsible for maintaining and optimizing intelligent connected systems, focusing on technical stability and problem resolution within customer environments. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring IoT sensor systems, analyzing disturbance patterns in Operational Technology (OT) network environments, and troubleshooting technical issues within the IoT infrastructure directly at customer sites. A key aspect of the role is managing OT network components and their configurations, alongside creating and maintaining detailed documentation for all Internet of Things implementations. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT system integration or a relevant IT degree, coupled with several years of professional experience as an IoT technician. Expertise in IoT sensor technology, networking, and platforms is essential, along with proficiency in both German and English.
