This role involves active participation in the planning, implementation, and ongoing development of complex customer network environments within a long-term infrastructure project for a leading IT service provider. The specialist will primarily focus on hands-on IT support activities, including Rollouts and IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) tasks for clients, monitors, printers, and peripherals. Day-to-day responsibilities include onsite support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing function tests, and providing essential user support to project teams and end-users. Key qualifications include a minimum of two years of professional experience in IT support or rollout environments, good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office, and basic understanding of networking and hardware. Success in this role requires strong teamwork, self-organization, and professional customer interaction, offering a chance to develop expertise in enterprise-level digital infrastructure.
