Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive project execution across planning phases 1-6 (according to HOAI standards) specifically focused on Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary (HLS) systems. The Technical Planner will be responsible for close coordination with internal and external construction and planning stakeholders, ensuring seamless project flow. Key day-to-day tasks include creating detailed performance specifications, assisting in the procurement of technical services, and ensuring quality assurance through site inspections and documentation. Candidates must possess qualifications as a Technician or Master Craftsman in sanitary, heating, and ventilation technology, coupled with initial professional experience in planning these trades. Success in this position requires strong initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, excellent cost awareness, and proficiency in relevant CAD software, ideally including Revit, LiNear, or DDS-CAD.
