Job Summary

This role involves managing the technical execution of construction projects, focusing specifically on Technical Building Services (TGA/MEP). The Project Manager will support site and project management by coordinating interfaces between various trades, ensuring technical requirements are met, and maintaining high quality standards through regular on-site performance control. Key responsibilities include contributing to cost calculation, preparing and reviewing service specifications, and leading negotiations with subcontractors based on technical and economic criteria. The ideal candidate possesses a qualification such as a Master Craftsman in installation/heating or a certified technician in HVAC, coupled with strong knowledge of relevant German construction and technical regulations (DIN, VOB, VDI).
