Job Summary

This position calls for an experienced Project Manager specializing in Technical Building Equipment (TGA/MEP) to join a successful, three-generation family-owned general contractor in Germany. The core mission is to ensure the flawless execution of technical requirements across demanding construction projects, including residential, commercial, and specialized buildings. Day-to-day tasks involve acting as a key interface between construction management and various trades, coordinating technical requirements, and managing the financial aspects of TGA implementation. This includes detailed cost calculation, creating and reviewing service specifications, and conducting critical negotiations with subcontractors based on technical and economic viability. The ideal candidate must hold a Master Craftsman certification or be a State-certified HVAC Technician and possess deep knowledge of relevant German construction standards (VOB, DIN, VDI).
