Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and potentially 2nd Level IT Support, ensuring smooth technological operations for clients. The specialist will be responsible for handling incoming incidents and service requests, classifying and dispatching tickets, and managing user support changes. Key daily tasks include providing both telephone and in-person support, addressing issues related to PC hardware, communication technology, and current Windows operating systems. Candidates should possess a background in IT (e.g., IT Specialist certification or equivalent), strong knowledge of IT infrastructure systems (Firewall, Proxy, VPN, Antivirus), and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365/Teams. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT specialization (Fachinformatik) or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Successfully completed vocational training in IT specialization or comparable qualification
- Knowledge in handling Ticket and Remote tools (desired)
- Knowledge in ITIL, LAN, WAN, and VPN (desired)
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams (desired)
