Job Summary
This role involves providing essential electronics and electrical engineering support across multiple university departments focused on Mineral Resources Engineering, Cyber-Physical Systems, and Automation and Measurement Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of electronic circuit design, including schematic design using tools like Altium Designer, multi-layer PCB layout (SMD and QFN components), assembly, and commissioning using specialized measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers). Key tasks include managing PCB production orders, conducting simple simulations (shielding, supply concepts), and providing technical support for electrical wiring, actuator control, and DMS technology application. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a technical background at the Bachelor level or equivalent professional experience, strong technical comprehension, and proficiency in both German and English.
