Job Summary

This role offers motivated students in Power Electronics or Electrical Engineering a chance to gain real-world experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically within Green Industrial Power (GIP). The successful candidate will be instrumental in setting up and maintaining test benches for power electronic components, including designing and assembling test PCBs and managing component procurement. A core focus involves evaluating cutting-edge technologies like TRENCHSTOP® IGBT, CoolSiC® MOSFET, and CoolSiC® JFET through characterization and application tests on custom setups. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong organizational skills, and the willingness to work in a high-voltage laboratory environment, providing a significant opportunity to contribute to the future of sustainable energy conversion.

Required Skills

Education

Student in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering or similar field (Bachelor or Master level)

Experience
