Job Summary

As a Staff Engineer for Process Integration, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product development and high-volume manufacturing. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve collaborating with development teams to ensure the efficient ramp-up of new technologies, optimizing process integration to enhance yield and reliability, and identifying root causes for process deviations. You will serve as a key technical liaison between production, quality management, and backend manufacturing sites, utilizing statistical methods to drive yield improvements and make critical supply decisions. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in process integration or semiconductor manufacturing
  • Experience in the transfer of new products and technologies to volume production
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing statistical methods for data analysis and yield planning
