Job Summary

As a Staff Engineer for Process Integration, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the frontend manufacturing processes for low-voltage MOSFET products. Your day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating process deviations, driving cost reduction and yield enhancement initiatives, and managing the successful transition of new technologies from development into mass production. You will also oversee volume ramp-ups and facilitate the transfer of established products between manufacturing sites. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in physics, materials science, or electrical engineering who thrives in a technical, data-driven environment. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to ensuring reliability and innovation in semiconductor production. Required Skills

Education

University degree in (Technical) Chemistry, (Technical) Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a University of Applied Sciences (FH) degree specializing in Microelectronics.

Experience

  • Relevant professional experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Alternatively, a completed PhD thesis or PostDoc in a related field
  • Experience in product ramp-up and manufacturing process optimization
