Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive work planning, production control, and order management within the Signal Works department of DB InfraGO AG in Magdeburg. The Work Planner will be responsible for calculating and settling orders, planning and executing production assignments, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. A key aspect is the continuous monitoring of schedules and the updating of work plans and bills of materials. The position requires acting as a crucial interface, communicating regularly with various internal departments, and proactively developing or refining technical requirements and processes to meet customer and employee needs. Ideal candidates possess a background in industrial commerce or a technical trade (e.g., Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician) and experience, ideally complemented by knowledge of mechanical interlocking and signaling technology, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP R3.
