This role involves joining Contilia.Digital, the central IT service provider for the Contilia Group, supporting over 8,000 users across hospitals and healthcare facilities in the Ruhr area. The specialist will primarily handle 1st-Level-Support, efficiently resolving technical issues reported via phone, written communication, remote access, or on-site visits. Key responsibilities include structured ticket processing, documentation within the ITSM system, and proactive communication with users. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, coupled with professional experience in an IT Service Desk, ideally within the healthcare sector. Success requires strong technical knowledge across client, server, and network technologies, Active Directory, and virtualization, alongside excellent organizational and communication skills.
