Job Summary

This role involves leading the Personnel Management, Public Relations, and Works Committee team within the municipal enterprise for Facility Management, Purchasing, and Logistics in Salzgitter. Key responsibilities include preparing, shaping, and implementing guidelines for administrative activities, providing qualified support to the operations management in personnel and organizational matters, and managing the personnel budget. The successful candidate will handle labor relations with the local works council, develop new control instruments, and ensure external representation and public relations for the enterprise. This position requires strong knowledge of personnel and organizational affairs, especially labor law, structured and goal-oriented problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This is a full-time, permanent position, initially serving as a temporary replacement, offering flexible working hours, mobile work options (up to 40%), and comprehensive benefits.

Education

Successful completion of the Administrative Training Course II (Angestellten- bzw. Verwaltungslehrgang II), or a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in 'Administration,' 'General Administration,' or 'Administrative Business Administration' from a municipal university of applied sciences in Lower Saxony, or a comparable public administration degree, OR the eligibility for the first entry-level position of Career Group 2, General Services, OR a university degree in 'Law, Personnel Management and Psychology'
