This unique fast-track opportunity offers a career change into the defense industry as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Consultant via an intensive 18-week Accelerated Learning Program. You will gain expertise in optimizing maintenance, life cycle costs, and logistics for complex defense technologies. Post-training, you will secure a permanent position at HENSOLDT, a leading German high-tech company, where you will minimize failures, develop support systems and technical manuals, and implement ILS strategies for high-end projects like the Eurofighter and radar systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical affinity, and fluency in both German and English (C1). While no prior experience is mandatory, successful candidates must be prepared for the self-funded, full-time training period and must be eligible for an extended security clearance (Ü2) due to the security-relevant nature of the defense projects.
