Job Summary

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for an ambitious recent graduate in Civil Engineering to join a leading independent European engineering consultancy on a prestigious infrastructure project in Wilhelmshaven. As a Junior Site Manager, you will receive intensive onboarding and mentoring, working directly on-site to grow into a position of responsibility. Your core duties will involve supporting the main site management team in overseeing civil engineering measures, focusing on quality assurance, adherence to deadlines, and cost control. You will coordinate subcontractors, act as the primary on-site contact, and manage crucial documentation, including maintaining the site diary and verifying measurements and invoices. Furthermore, you will ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
