Job Summary

This is an opportunity for an ambitious Site Manager ready to step up and take significant responsibility within a major infrastructure and civil engineering project located in Wilhelmshaven. Moving beyond the junior phase, you will act as the crucial link on the construction site, making independent operational decisions while collaborating closely with Project Management. Day-to-day tasks involve the operative supervision of deep civil engineering works, ensuring plans are executed precisely, coordinating subcontractors, and acting as the primary contact for foremen. A key component of the role is financial control, including independently creating and verifying quantity surveys and preparing invoices. You will also be responsible for rigorous quality assurance, early defect identification, and enforcing strict HSE guidelines. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Civil Engineering or training as a Construction Technician with corresponding professional experience

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in site management (civil engineering, earthworks, or infrastructure)
  • Practical experience with construction site processes and procedures
  • Experience in applying VOB/B for contractual documentation and change order management
