Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced First Level IT Support Specialist to join an onsite team in Munich East. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support, performing problem analysis and resolution for existing IT installations, and offering specialized VIP support. Key daily tasks involve troubleshooting issues related to Media Technology and Print Services, as well as executing essential software rollouts and updates. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT systems (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent) and demonstrate practical experience in onsite customer support. Required technical knowledge includes proficiency with Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems, Mobile Devices, and Printer Management. This is a full-time position offering a competitive annual salary up to €38,000, excellent public transport access, and the opportunity for permanent employment following an initial temporary contract period.
