Job Summary

This role is perfect for a dedicated IT Supporter ready to ensure a smoothly functioning IT infrastructure within an international, high-technology manufacturing environment located in Holzkirchen, Upper Bavaria. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing on-site 1st and 2nd Level Support, managing application support, and configuring complete user workstations. Key tasks involve installing and updating Windows 10 operating systems and software, troubleshooting hardware and software errors, and training users on new devices and applications. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or similar), possesses technical understanding combined with organizational skills, and has initial practical experience in IT Support.
