This is an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity in Munich for an IT-savvy professional to join a team as a 2nd Level Support Specialist. Day-to-day responsibilities include meticulous documentation of all processes within the ticketing system, scheduling appointments with end-users, and providing hands-on support for IT component setup, relocation, and dismantling. Furthermore, the specialist will execute basic installations, software assignments, and install PCs, notebooks, and monitors directly in the customer environment. The position involves incident management, processing reported malfunctions, and offers excellent prospects for long-term collaboration in an international setting with flexible working hours.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Salesperson, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician) or similar qualification

Experience

  • Practical experience in the Workplace environment (e.g., Onsite Service, User Support, 1st or 2nd Level Support)
  • Experience in handling a ticketing system (desirable)
