Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading European IT company specializing in comprehensive IT solutions and system house/e-commerce services. As an IT Technician, you will be crucial in ensuring seamless IT support for end-users, managing the service point, and providing on-site support for Windows clients, printers, and network technologies. Day-to-day tasks include structured ticket processing, handling Request For Service (RFS) inquiries, and professionally resolving escalated technical issues. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of common Windows operating systems and a strong understanding of networking, particularly switching and Layers 1 through 3.
