Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Onsite IT Technician to join a market-leading company specializing in IT solutions and service management in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. The position involves providing critical hands-on support for Windows workstations in both office and industrial settings. Key daily responsibilities include performing hardware setup, executing workplace migrations, troubleshooting IT disruptions directly for end-users, and meticulously documenting all work processes within a ticketing system. Furthermore, the technician will be responsible for IT asset management, maintaining printers, and providing basic training to employees on new hardware and software usage.
