Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Expert specializing in Service Management, with a strong focus on ISO 20000 standards, to work remotely serving major German industrial clients, including automotive manufacturers and chemical groups. The core responsibilities involve independently leading and executing projects aimed at achieving critical certifications such as ISO 20000 and C5. Additionally, the expert will perform staff functions related to Information Security, Data Protection, Quality, and Contract Management, and provide support to the Information Security team across various certification standards (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX, ISAE). Key qualifications include a technical background, specialized training in Information Security Management, and practical experience in auditing and certification according to these international norms.
