Job Summary
This challenging role at DATAGROUP, a leading German IT service provider, focuses on delivering expert consulting for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, both On-Premise and SuccessFactors. The Consultant will be responsible for creating comprehensive requirement analyses, designing solution concepts, and defining system architectures. Day-to-day tasks involve independently managing customer relationships, providing specialized consulting, and executing customizing and configuration within complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environments. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant university degree or vocational training in IT or HR management, coupled with several years of experience in key SAP HCM areas like Payroll, Time Management, or specific SuccessFactors modules.
