Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Consultant/Business Analyst to join DATAGROUP, a leading German IT service provider, focusing on supporting IT applications for public administration clients. The consultant will primarily work in the Mainz office or remotely, analyzing customer requirements, collaborating with the team and clients to develop processes, and modeling business processes using appropriate methods and tools. Key responsibilities include creating user stories, developing functional concepts, preparing interface requirements, and supporting quality assurance and acceptance testing.
