Job Summary

Join a dynamic internal IT team of 25 professionals supporting over 1,000 employees across 10+ locations within the SCHULZ Group, specializing in electrical and automation technology. This role, based in Visbek or Bremen, is within the 'Servers and Services' team, focusing on central IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration and continuous development of the virtualization environment (Hyper-V, Failover-Cluster), managing Windows Servers (AD, GPO, DNS, WSUS), and ensuring robust endpoint security and software distribution. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining high system availability, performing problem analysis, and resolving operational disruptions across multiple sites. This position offers an opportunity to actively shape the future of the company's IT landscape, requiring professional experience in IT system administration or project implementation, and knowledge of Hyper-V, server/client management, and Microsoft 365 services.
