Job Summary
This role involves overseeing electrical construction sites within the agricultural and renewable energy sectors, specifically focusing on livestock optimization solutions and photovoltaic systems. Based at the company headquarters in Visbek, you will be responsible for the technical and organizational success of projects, ensuring efficient execution and progress control. Your daily activities will include coordinating with planning teams and customers, managing material requirements, and providing technical leadership to both internal and external personnel. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering; additional qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or equivalent is preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering is required
- Experience in site management or construction supervision is preferred
- Experience in commercial understanding and customer orientation
- Proven experience in technical leadership and personnel management

Additional
- Willingness for occasional travel/overnight stays (Montageeinsätze) is required, although most sites are within daily commuting distance of Visbek.
