This role involves acting as an Agile Transformation Coach within the Research & Development team, focusing on driving organizational and cultural change. The coach will design, steer, and accelerate transformation and scaling initiatives, ensuring they are iterative, transparent, and impact-oriented. Day-to-day activities include coaching R&D teams, product owners, and managers on methodologies like OKR, Scrum, Kanban, and Design Thinking. A key responsibility is advising management and leadership on agile strategy, operating models, and culture, while building bridges between strategic direction and operational implementation. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in agile roles, a broad methodological spectrum, excellent communication skills in both German and English, and a pragmatic, mindset-first approach to systemic change.
