Job Summary

This is a prime opportunity for a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to join DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH in Elze and specialize as a Construction Supervisor for critical railway Signaling Technology. You will enter a structured, paid 2-3 year qualification program designed to equip you with the necessary expertise. Day-to-day, you will be instrumental in realizing complex construction projects, collaborating closely with planning teams and external partners. Your responsibilities include coordinating site logistics, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations, and meticulously monitoring project metrics—costs, schedules, and quality. Operating primarily on-site (60%), you will conduct site inspections, manage construction documentation digitally, lead project meetings, and handle financial approvals like invoice releases and supplementary claim reviews. Essential qualifications include a relevant engineering degree (Electrical, Automation, or Communication), strong responsibility, communication skills, IT proficiency, and the commitment to regional travel and flexible working hours, including nights and weekends, ensuring safe and smooth rail operations.
