Day-to-day tasks involve the operative supervision of deep civil engineering works, ensuring plans are executed precisely, coordinating subcontractors, and acting as the primary contact for foremen. A key component of the role is financial control, including independently creating and verifying quantity surveys and preparing invoices. You will also be responsible for rigorous quality assurance, early defect identification, and enforcing strict HSE guidelines.
