Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Quality Manager focusing on Line Side and Equipment Assembly for Airbus Aerostructures in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. The primary responsibilities include maintaining production quality by rapidly resolving defects, preventing Foreign Object Debris (FOD), and ensuring the implementation of necessary corrective and preventive actions through cross-functional teams. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting operational surveillance, performing relevant quality checks, and coaching practical problem-solving techniques within the production environment. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in an aviation field (such as Aircraft Electronics Technician or Mechanic) supplemented by a Master qualification or equivalent, coupled with professional experience in aerospace quality management and line side support. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, assertiveness, a high sense of responsibility, fluency in German, and good English proficiency, along with a willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
