Job Summary

As an ASIC Layout Engineer in the aerospace sector, you will be responsible for the design planning and implementation of RF/Analog SiGe-BiCMOS circuit modules using Cadence Virtuoso XL. Based in Munich, this full-time role involves managing the entire layout process from block-level design to full verification flows (DRC, LVS) using Cadence Assura/PVS tools. You will collaborate closely with RF-IC design and system teams on floorplanning and contribute to the critical tape-out procedures. Additionally, you will utilize scripting languages like Skill or Python to automate tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
