Job Summary

This role involves working as an assembly and repair specialist for an international defense industry company in Bremen. The technician will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and documentation of complex mechanical, electrical, and optical-mechanical components and systems. Key daily tasks include the mechanical and electrical adjustment of assemblies, performing interface tests, and utilizing various testing and measuring equipment. Candidates must have a completed vocational qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or precision mechanics, coupled with long-term professional experience in the assembly and repair of electronic assemblies. The position requires a high degree of precision, self-organization, and the ability to work independently while adhering to strict quality standards and documentation protocols. Experience with technical system documentation and basic SAP knowledge are also necessary.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Mechanics, or Precision Mechanics; Certification as European Adhesive Specialist (Klebfachkraft) combined with qualification 'Adhesion on Military Products' (TL A-0023)

Experience

  • Long-term professional experience in the assembly and repair of electronic assemblies
  • Professional experience in the assembly, fine adjustment, or repair of small components
  • Experience in handling technical system documentation and electrical aids
